Established in 1986, Shugon is a specialist manufacturer of all types of bags, rucksacks, drawstring backpack, tote bags, cotton / Jute bags, trolleys, suitcases, wallets, leather goods and promotional goods.
We are happy and proud to manage and control the whole process of the design, production and delivery of our products. Our dedicated people are actually do it ALL - from the very first idea or sketch, selecting the colours and the raw materials, producing the samples and controlling the mass production, and finally oversee the stocking and delivery to any point in Europe or throughout the world.
Our people are simply bag experts - this is their passion, and our main focus. Our creative and experienced products and graphic designers design our original and unique products or according our customers' requirements. We are producing our products in midsized factories in the east, mostly family run factories of bags, suitcases and leather goods. We have a good close working relationship with our main suppliers for many years, and this helps us to guarantee quality and deadlines. Thanks to our long experience and acquaintance with the factories, their abilities and production schedule we can suit each bag/product to the most suitable factory. The main raw materials in our products are mostly Polyester variations, Nylon (Cordura), Cotton, Jute and Leather. We carry out rigorous testing to the fabrics and accessories (zippers, buckles, webbings etc.) of our products.
Our factories have good labour ethics, and when required by the customers we can provide, in most of the cases, ethical and environmental certificates for bespoke orders. Accreditations and certifications that we may provide, for specific productions, are: REACH Compliance, Oeko-Tex Standard, Wrap Compliance, Fair Labour Association, Sedex. NOTE: these certificates are not applied to our stock products, but when needed we can try and produce our products in factories that have the required certificate.
We hold a small office in the east, and our people there are visiting the factories on a daily basis. We have a small in-house textile laboratory that helps us to test the fabrics, webbings and accessories and finally the packaging boxes (cartons) themselves. Thanks to our working procedures we can develop samples very quickly, control the raw material quality and the mass production with minimum faults and costs, and to ensure good price and quick delivery time.

We are producing an extensive range of gifts, office accessories, travel document holders, cosmetic bags, purses and wallets from varied premium leather types. We produce our leather items from Nappa leather, upper leather, split leather, imitation leather and more.
