Mr Fandakova presented her vision of the development of Sofia City in different fields together with a team of experts from the Municipality. The creation of new body was discussed – an Agency for Investments, together with the members of the Chamber who were kindly invited by the Mayor to take an active part in determination of the possible activities of such a body with the clear goal of attracting new investments in Sofia, preserving the business interests while assisting in the development of the small and medium businesses. Many topics were discussed: effective forms of public-private-partnerships, the role of education in business, the needs of the IT sector, the needs of foreign investors etc. BCCBI President expressed gratitude for the possibility to become a part of the process and a decision was taken to proceed with a series of working meetings.
