Alleviation of the administrative burden with changes in TIPC was accepted by the Government

Parliament adopted amendments to the tax-insurance procedural code proposed by the Cabinet to alleviate the administrative burden.

The draft Council of Ministers, which was first read in parliament, is related to measures to reduce the administrative burden on citizens and businesses by removing the requirement for the presentation of certain paper documents on paper.

This will save time and money. The purpose of the changes is to reduce the number of required documents, simplify the procedure for providing services to citizens and businesses, and reduce the financial burden on individuals by dropping the need to provide different documents.

Amendments to the TSPC are also made in the Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses Act, the Corporate Income Tax Act, the Local Taxes and Fees Act, the Value Added Tax Act, the Accountancy Law, the Currency Law.

So instead of downloading in paper form, information will be gathered about the presence or lack of obligations from the National Revenue Agency, the Customs Agency, the municipality.

It will also be electronic from the Commercial Register that the person is not in bankruptcy or liquidation when submitting a request for a tax warehouse management license for the issuance of an excise duty end-user or other registration regime under the Law on excise duties and tax warehouses.

The obligation for companies who have not worked in the last year to submit an annual report, tax return and annual financial report is also dropped.
