An investment of 12.4 million leva will be made and 80 new work places will be created this year. This statement was made by Stamen Yanev, executive director of Invest Bulgaria Agency during the first sod of a new logistics center in Ravno pole.
The project is realized by the cooperation “Panda”, main franchise of the trade mark Office 1 Superstore in Bulgaria. The main investment objective is the creation of a warehouse-logistics base for stationery, paper, toners, technical appliances, furniture, cleaning supplies, etc., which will satisfy the need for storing and safekeeping of the goods of the whole chain of supermarkets of Office 1 Superstore.
The project is in a process of certification by the Bulgarian Investment Agency for class A investment, the realization of which lays the foundation of one of the most up-to-date buildings in Bulgaria – the biggest and the most modern warehouse-logistics center in this field with built-up area of 8600 m2, which will be equipped with one of the most modern automated systems for storing and processing of goods in the world.
