With investments in transport infrastructure Bulgaria has the potential to become a multimodal hub between Europe and Asia, said Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Velik Zanchev during the Second International High-Level Conference "Europe-Asia Integrated Transport Corridors ", which was  held today in Odessa, Ukraine.

During the event under the auspices of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Grossman Deputy Minister Zanchev acquainted delegates with the investments made in the transport infrastructure of Bulgaria in the recent years, as well as with the forthcoming projects in the sector. The main emphasis in his speech was the introduction of intelligent traffic management systems, their upcoming upgrading and the construction of the traffic towers in our Black Sea ports of Varna and Bourgas.
