Mr. Shaul Kamisa Raz, former Ambassador of Israel in Bulgaria, received the mark "Stara Planina" - the highest award in Bulgaria bestowed by the President. Former Mayor of Hatzor Haglilit in Israel, former Defence Attaché for Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria, retired Colonel from IDF.

Mr. Sotir Stefanov Tsatsarov is the Chief CPCONPI (Committee for Combating Corruption and 
the withdrawal of illegally acquired property), Former Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Bulgaria, a Bulgarian lawyer, former chairman of the District Court - Plovdiv.

Mrs. Yordanka Assenova Fandakova is the Mayor of Sofia Municipality and the first woman in that position. She is a former Minister of Education and Science.

Mr. Plamen Vasilev Oresharski Ph.D. is a former Prime Minister of Bulgaria, a Bulgarian politician and economist, and also a former Minister of Finance.

M.Pharm, Dr.h.c.  Hristo Genadiev Grigorov is the President of the Bulgarian Red Cross. He holds the title of "Honorary Member of the BAS&Art". He is a former General Director of "BMS" - USA for Bulgaria, Chairman of Commercial Bank "Sredets" and member of the board of directors of the Bulgarian-American Investment Bank and Development.

Prof. Sc. D. Stoyan Dentchev, is the Rector of the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies Sofia and an Honorary Consul of the Sultanate of Oman. He is a former Secretary General of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, former Ambassador of Finland and a former Vice President of Multigroup.

Mr. Tsvetlin Yovchev Ph.D., is a former Minister of the Interior and Deputy Prime Minister. He also served as Chairman of DANS - National State Security Agency and Chief of the Main Directorate "Counterintelligence".

Dr. Neven Enchev is a businessman, a Doctor of Medicine with two more M.A.S – in Psychology and Business Administration. He created the Medline hospital in Plovdiv and constructed the Emergency Center for Central Hospital in Plovdiv according to Israeli model. Founder of the Foundation “Quality of Life” and “Apolo Institute” for children with CP, founder of the Israeli-Bulgarian Institute. Dr. Enchev is also the author of “Human Behavior” and other books.

Mr. Radoslav Vladev is the owner of hotel “Winpalace” and the newspaper “Yantra” in Veliko Tarnovo, as well as “CBA” chain of supermarkets. Mr. Vladev is the initiator of “The group of friends of Israel” for Veliko Tarnovo Region.

Maj. Gen. Nikolay Krushkov is a member of the board of directors of the food holding Bella Bulgaria AD. Mr. Krushkov has 19 years of experience in the field of national security of the Republic of Bulgaria, of which nine years in a managerial position. He has been awarded by the directors of NATO, NSBOP (National Service for Combating Organized Crime), GDNP (Chief Directorate "National Police"), DANS and two interior ministers. He has specialized in the USA, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Ireland, Israel.
