The tenth anniversary edition of Webit.Festival Europe will be held on 26 and 27 June this year, announced the organizers. The most influential forum for innovation, politics, investment, digital economy and entrepreneurship in Europe in 2018, the festival will be a gathering point for leading world businessmen and innovators, investors, as well as politicians, commissioners, prime ministers and ministers from Europe. The invitation for participation comes personally from the first humanoid robot Sophia.

Sophia is the most modern and famous robot of Hanson Robotics, endowed with remarkable expressiveness, aesthetics and interactivity. It can simulate a full range of facial expressions, track and recognize faces, look at people in the eye, and conduct natural conversations with them.
The lady robot made her debut on the SXSW in March 2016. Since then she has become a highly sought-after media personality. Her interview for CNBC in addition to her interviews have gathered millions of views. She appears in the most widely watched TV shows and is a member of panels of some of the most prestigious conferences in the world. And this year she will be a special guest at the tenth anniversary of Webit. Festival Europe 2018.
The festival is becoming a pride for Bulgaria because it attracts top leaders not only from the world of technology, but also from business and politics.
