Entrepreneur or Intrapreneur– corporate social innovations (CISs) as a factor for sustainable growth

The realisation of CSIs from large companies is linked to the change in their corporate behaviour and practices through the introduction of socially inclusive and, at the same time, financially attractive strategies to improve their competitiveness in the long run. CSIs enable the involvement of employees in entrepreneurial activities (so called intrapreneurs)in order to find motivation for their professional development and to implement their ideas in the social or environmental sphere.
